You Set Your Availability
Offers only go to nurses with availability switched on, so you decide when you are in line for work. On the Wellness Visits package you can also cap your maximum visits per day. Every offer is still yours to accept or decline.
Paid Within 24 Hours
Payouts are made at the end of the package duration, usually month end. Once the family's payment reaches Supracarer, you are paid within 24 hours of the request, by mobile money or bank transfer.
You Are Never the Only Cover
Each family has a lead nurse and named backups, and full-time cases are shared between two nurses. Taking a day off does not leave anyone stranded.
A Coordinator Handles the Family
Every case has a care coordinator who is the family's point of contact and joins the first home visit. You focus on care, not on fielding calls.

Nursing PIN Card
A current NMC PIN card in good standing
Ghana Card
A valid Ghana Card. Both documents are reviewed before you can be offered a place on a care team
Education & Experience
Nursing Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution, with clinical experience preferred

Document Verification
Upload your Ghana Card and Nursing PIN card in the app. Both are reviewed before your account is verified.

Five Simple Processes
Instant Payment
Get a notification in the app when a coordinator offers you a place on a family's care team, as their lead nurse, a named backup, or an assistant
Review the offer in the app and accept or decline it. Accepted assignments land in your schedule alongside your other visits
Meet the family at the initial home assessment, carried out together with the care coordinator, before the routine begins
Deliver the care the package covers: personal care, hygiene, feeding, mobility, medication support, vitals, and specialist care where you are qualified
Submit your care log at the end of the visit, recording what was done and how the care recipient was doing, so the family and coordinator can follow along
Get Paid Immediately
Upon patient confirmation of a completed appointment, payment is issued immediately, no waiting for weekly payouts. You can track all earnings and manage payment requests directly from your dashboard.
